Friendly team, great customer service.

Wonderful customer service and friendly welcome. The guys went above and beyond, explained the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had with no issues. I got to view the car alone and test drive the car alone, so there was no pressure at all.

We can’t recommend this dealership enough! My partner and I went to view a car on arrival the customer service was absolutely brilliant, we decided we wanted to purchase the car. There was a slight knocking noise from the front of the car and they did everything they could to rectify this. They also gave it a full MOT and service. I couldn't recommend this small dealer more. Bought Audi A7 3 months ago. Straight away went to the main dealership for a health check they found the ambushes split and contacted Billton Motor without any questions bushes be done the next week. after 2 months noticed a coolant leak and a CV joint making a noise same contacted them oil cooler and the CV joint was replaced with 12 12-month warranty. Thank you one more time. P.S. People bear in mind that you buying a used vehicle before writing negative reviews unfortunately machinery sooner or later got some issues but with this dealer, you have a proper warranty and can sort this out in nice and calm manner.

Hard to beat

Upon arrival I found the place to be superb. Georgia was polite, smart, and extremely helpful. I was able to wander around the car I’d come to see on my own, with no pressure or pushy staff. Having agreed on the price the level of customer care is hard to find nowadays, the car was serviced, full a year MOT, and was valeted to a very high standard. Organizing collection, once again the team was great, and more than happy to deliver (which was a great help) , when my car was delivered I met Billy and Tony, really impressed with the guys, extremely polite and friendly, and answered all my questions, took the time to make sure I was happy with the car and also explained if there are any problems at all to not hesitate to contact them. I must be honest and say in today’s society it is genuinely wonderful to meet people who care about what they do and want to build a positive reputation for their company. Well done, please keep it up

Professional service

The process from start to finish was painless and straightforward. A professional service from all involved has been greatly appreciated. As a distance sale, a comprehensive video was sent over. The car was delivered as agreed and promised by a very helpful and friendly driver, and the car is as described and seen.

GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE

A few days ago I bought BMW from this company. Despite my previous bad experience buying a car through online and only being able to view the car through pictures, everything turned out excellent. Dave was very helpful and reassuring, that I would not regret buying this car. The car was delivered without problems despite the distance. I did a test drive the same evening and it drives like a new car in perfect condition and was very clean inside, even though it is 10 years old. Also comes with 3 months warranty. So I'm happy with my new car.
